I made this whip from 50 half-fold, medium-thick, hard cowhide fibers (25 black and 25 red). The “effective length” of the leather fibers is about 50 cm. The handle is wrapping with soft leather and covering it with a soft leather strap. The handle has a total length of about 20 cm. I put a 3 cm wide welded D-ring around the center of the leather strips, which can be handy during use and makes storage easier.

The handle is 20 cm long, 2.5 cm wide and consists of four layers of leather. At the end, I put a D-ring so you can hang it. I remove the sharp edge of the leather everywhere to make it both comfortable to grip and not to leave stripes on the skin immediately. Because of the two separate layers, you can feel the "bump" twice.

The lower half of the straps is 2 cm wide and the shoulder part is 4 cm. The length of the straps can be adjusted on the front and back with buckles.
